Jack, I just read the blog on pintrest and I've never spent so much time reading one thing. I am blessed by your work. I'm building black powder rifles and I am going to try for the first time to carve on the stocks. I also have a stach of antlers from deer I have harvested over the years that I saved to carne things out of them. This blog of yours and just hearing your answers give me a burning desire to carve. I have purchased a couple of items from Jack, and they are beautiful! I am a falconer and use a whistle in the field with my hawk, and Jack carved a wonderful whistle in the shape of an eagle for me - it is a masterpiece of carving AND the whistle is clear and strong. He also carved me a necklace with a hawk skull and bones that gets a lot of attention from my fellow falconers! I am so fortunate to be able to own the carvings of a master...thank you, Jack!
